At Cosmos, Valour, and Vows, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

New Books & Merchandise:
- May be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Used Books:
- All sales are final. Due to their unique nature, we do not accept returns on used books unless the wrong item was sent.

Clearance or Sale Items:
- Final sale. No returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s).
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Free return shipping.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for new books and merchandise of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. How to Start a Return

Please do not send back items without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc., if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Opened consumables (if you sell things like tea, coffee, or other book-related merch)
